GREEK TZATZIKI

INGREDIENTS
225g Greek Yogurt
1/2 cucumber
1/2 lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon chopped Groots Dill
5 leaves of Mint Groots
2 tablespoons EVOO
Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION

We cut the cucumber into small squares and reserve it.

Pour into a chopper add the Greek yogurt, the EVOO and the lemon juice and mix well.

Add the garlic, dill leaves, meta, salt and pepper and blend.

We pour it into a container and leave it in the fridge for at least an hour.

Serve with Greek bread.
