  • 2 branches of Mint Groots

  • 2 tbsp white sugar

  • 30 ml lime juice

  • 1/2 lime sliced

  • 60 ml of rum

  • 120 ml of soda

  • Crushed ice



  1. The mojitos can be prepared directly in the glass. We put sugar in the bottom of the glass (Collins type or Fizz type).

  2. Pour in the lime juice and with a bar spoon or with the blackberry, we dilute the sugar with the juice.

  3. Gently press the mint leaves to the bottom of the glass. If we mash them too much, the resulting Mojito will not be good.

  4. We add the lime slices and we give it with the pestle to release all the aroma. The amount can be varied according to the degree of acidity desired.

  5. We pour the rum and fill the glass with crushed ice.

  6. We fill the glass with soda.

  7. Garnish with some mint leaves, some lime slices and serve with a reusable straw!
